My husband an I were very impressed with Julie's knowledge of our area and how to improve our home to better sell it. We were first time sellers and she held our hand through the whole thing. lol She is willing to do as much or as little as you wish her to. She is very organized and had the answers to our questions, sometimes even before we knew to ask them. She worked hard at being on top of all that was needed doing to get our place on the market and encouraged us when we felt things were taking too long. In our inexperience it seemed long but in all reality it was a very fast and clean sale. As you can see we are very happy with Julie and all she did for us.
