I saw Julie's sign on her vehicle as I was driving home in 2012. At that time we were not sure about selling. Julie still provided a complete analysis along with a recommendation we might want to wait. I was very impressed with her honesty. In Sept 2013 we had to relocate and still had all her information. We contacted her and the house sold in about 3 months. She is definitely a plus in our book.
