Julie was amazing through the entire selling process. We had a unique situation, we were still completing a massive renovation of the entire house. Julie worked with us to develop a plan to put it on the market prior to the house being completed. This required her to have to show the house and help potential buyers envision – and appreciate – the final design. We were too far in the renovation to negotiate finishes, so Julie had to sell the "vision" of what the house was going to be. Within a few weeks, we had a full price offer. That didn't materialize, but a couple weeks later, we accepted another full price offer. No one knows the Waukee/Des Moines area like Julie.
