Julie went above and beyond helping us find and close on a condo. She was very knowledgeable about the area and helped us find a great place. It was after the contract was signed that Julie excelled. She stayed on top of my mortgage company ensuring that they were progressing through all of the stages in a timely manner. She found a potential issue that would have delayed our closing. Not only did she find the issue but worked with both the Condo Association and the Mortgage company to ensure all documentation was processed in time for closing. I have not had another realtor who has offered that level of service. Throughout it all, she was very professional and courteous.
