Incredible patience and determination

We met Julie at an open house. I immediately liked her energy and kindness. We knew it wouldn't be easy finding a house to meet all of our needs, especially in the South Florida market all while staying within our budget. But Julie was amazing. She was in constant communication with us, sending us listings, meeting with us several times a week for well over a month until we found exactly what we were looking for. She never minded reaching out to the countless HOA's to make sure they were the right fit for us. Her experience was instrumental in pointing out flaws and concerns with each house that we would've never caught. She was with us every single step of the way, always keeping our interests first and foremost. So many times I was ready to give up. If it wasn't for Julie, we would still be in an unsatisfying, high priced rental. Julie is now known as the House Whisperer in our family and she truly holds a deep place in our hearts.
