Hard to summarize my experience with Julie…after losing my father suddenly & having to sell a house out of state & help my stepmom leave their home of 30yrs, all while still trying to juggle my own family & job…she was an absolute lifesaver. From the moment I met Julie I felt I could trust her completely and leave it all in her hands and she exceeded my expectations and then some. The house needed some work but we were overwhelmed with the amount of things that had to be handle with his sudden passing plus 30 years of stuff to go through and clear out to move her out of state. Julie guided us with best plan, set everything up immediately with estimates and work started right away to help us get it listed and me back home. She took the reins from there with constant communication. We had many obstacles and she did everything that needed to be done including things not in her job description. She listed on a Wednesday with open house on a Saturday, had multiple offers well above asking price by Sunday. She continued to go above & beyond through all the hiccups and led us every step of the way even after the sale. Julie is by far the best agent I have ever engaged to sell a house. After our 95 year old sister became ill we had the task of getting her house sold. We live in another state and did not know anything about Delaware. The house was not in good condition and needed a lot of work to get it ready to sell. Julie stepped right up and contacted all the necessary tradesmen and helped us manage the work being done. This saved us a lot of money. She was in constant contact with us and guided us through the whole process. At the end she had the house looking beautiful and when it went on the market we immediately had six offers all significantly over asking price and the sale went through smoothly. She is the best!
