She had me schedule the listings based on my availability and did the rest of the work with the realtors to be in the know of when things were coming in. She gave good recommendations of what we needed to do to get the house ready and we sold no problem. Great communication. Easy process. I never expected to form an actual friendship with my realtor, but we have. Not only am I recommending her to you, but my dad recently moved to Spokane and he is using her as well!
