About Julianne

Julianne earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance at Miami University (Oxford, OH), where she also met her husband. After living in Pittsburgh, PA and working for 10 years in sales and management at Deluxe Check Printers, it was time to focus on the family. They moved back to her home state of Indiana, where Julianne spent several years at home with their two children. When the time came to go back to work, Real Estate was a natural fit, allowing her to be flexible with her time while utilizing her talents and skills. Julianne is currently CEO/President and a Partner at Carpenter Realtors, an Indiana-owned and operated real estate company founded more than 54 years ago. She brings a leadership background from corporate America and a real estate career path that spans sales agent, Branch Manager, and Regional Manager, giving her deep insight into every level of brokerage operations. As CEO, Julianne leads Carpenter with a clear vision focused on leadership development, sustainable growth, and preserving the company's independent legacy while continuing to serve clients, agents, and communities across Indiana.
