Julianne Cachat

Juli represented me as both a buyer’s and listing agent. She was knowledgeable about the area, and has a good grasp on the real estate market. I really appreciated her professionalism and patience throughout the process. I highly recommend Juli!

“We have purchased two homes and sold one with The Ryan Reynolds Team. Having experience with both sides of the transaction has given us the opportunity to see how thorough and caring Ryan's team is. Years ago, on our first home purchase, our realtor (Juli, who has become a wonderful friend) picked us up from the airport when we flew into town, drove us around for the next 10 hours, and helped find the right home for us before we had to leave by the end of the day. The whole team has shown the same level of dedication and care for our situation. When we sold the same home, they got us above asking price through their marketing and pricing strategy, while also helping us find a home below asking price. Ryan is an engineer by trade, and is very data-driven, which resonated with me. The team knows what they are doing and provide a great experience for their customers. Highly recommended to anybody looking to buy or sell in the Columbus area!”

Juli was amazing and I couldn't have asked for a more compassionate and understanding realtor. She found us our forever home and I am so glad that we used her. She is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with and you'll love her too!

Juli worked very hard to make sure we were in the right house. She was honest and upfront when asked for an opinion. She was very responsive to any questions we had. We would give her more than 5 stars, if we could.
