Adding a follow-up review for Julie as we worked with her to buy our 2nd home and then we just recently sold our first home with her as well. This was such an amazing process and fast turn around we're still blown away! We pre-listed on a Friday and had our open house set for Saturday. We weren't seeing a ton of traffic for our open house so Julie went above and beyond to text local agents that had recently toured in the area. Our house was a perfect fit for a buyer that wanted a big garden and we weren't on their radar. Long story short the buyer submitted a cash offer right away, we accepted and then closed in 4 days!!
