Dedicated, Resourceful, Friendly. Helped us out of a property nightmare! I experienced a home break-in while my house was for under contract with another agent. Total nightmare, and to make it worse the agent refused to work with the police (he encountered the suspect when inspecting the building) and was extremely unhelpful. I could tell he didn't even want to sell the house. I contacted Julianna on a friend's referral and explained my situation. She had lots of good advice and was willing to take up the contract even after the break-in. She worked hard to help me secure the property, repair and list the home, and actively sought and contacted potential buyers. We ended up selling for $15,000 over what the other agent thought we could get (that was his quote even before the break-in). I went from thinking we were going to take a loss on the sale to coming in over asking, with a quick and easy remote settlement. Julianna took care of everything. She pretty much saved our lives.
