We found Julian Vera 5 yrs ago to find a home. We soon after had to leave to Florida to take care of sick family. We returned to Texas and was so impressed with the way he presented the home the 1st time that we searched for him. Surprisingly he remembered my wife, my son, and me as well. Helping us through the whole thing we ended up finding the Perfect Home with all that we wanted and with a little wheeling and dealing from Julian got everything for an amazing price.
