Wow! We had always heard stories about how difficult and stressful selling a house was. While we wouldn't say it was super easy or stress-free, Julian was definitely acting as an expert advisor, making every decision we had to make, much easier and with high confidence that we were making the correct choices. We live out of town and Julian was great about checking on the property and even watering when necessary, saving us multiple 400 mile round trips.
