My husband and I reached out to Julian from Oregon when we were looking to do a 3031 exchange for a condo in LA. We set aside a weekend to find the condo. Julian spent the entire weekend with us showing us his recommendations and taking us to the locations. It was a very short time to find something across the entire county. He told us the best places to live which was a god-send. He was wonderful, thorough and got us a great deal on the perfect place in one weekend. He started this process a month in advance even though we lived another state and had never met us. We would highly recommend him to those in other states or locals.
