He was willing to meet me at the home within 30 minutes. I was impressed by this after I had called one of the big name realtors that promise to list your house and if it does not sell they would buy it themselves but they never answered or called me back. This was a good impression, that a twenty some year old answered their phone and was willing to mobilize and get started.. The ambition and the willingness to help sell my home. I listed the home for a certain amount (I thought way too high to get an offer) and was able to sell it for over asking price. The entire process took some 12 days from start to finish. I feel I could not have sold it without Julians help. The bigger and older Agents in the area did not seem interested in providing me the attention I was looking for when selling my house.
