From start to finish, Julian was friendly, super punctual, easy to get communicate with and the guy can just hustle! He's great with his negotiation skills and keeping your best interests priority. There were a few times when viewing homes that Julian informed us of concerns with the listing that a usual Realitor wouldn't have. Thanks Julian for your hard work. Julian was extremely helpful, every time I asked to go and see a house he was on top of it and got me in right away. Unlike other realtors, it was nice to have someone who seemed like a normal person and had a personality. I’ll continue to go to him in the future if I need realtor services again.
