When I finally found myself purchasing my first home I had a list of things that wanted but an even longer list of what I didn’t want. Julian was so personable. He made sure that I looked at homes that met my must haves and stayed within my budget. He kept me focused and reminded me to be patient, not to settle, the right home would come along. He listened, was almost always immediately available and answered any question that I had regarding any part of the process. He is truly amazing.

This was my first time purchasing a home and I was not very sure of exactly what I was looking for but Julian was patient and walked me through every step of the process. Once we were under contract Julian was very proactive and his expertise was invaluable to me as a first time home buyer. I cannot recommend him enough and whenever I am back on the market for a new home he will be my first call!
