Julian Heaney

Julian is, hands down, the best real estate agent we’ve ever worked with. There’s no easy way to summarize how patient and understanding (and mild-mannered and calm) he is. Long story short, for approximately two years we dragged Julian all over LA and Palm Springs looking for the Goldilocks of places. We found most of them uninspiring, but Julian was unfazed and undaunted; he did not quit. Even when we were in contract on a few places and got cold feet, Julian plowed ahead. Finally, after many fruitless searches, Julian helped us find the right place (our now home), and stayed on top of things until the very end. Not sure where he finds the Zen within but we wish someone would bottle and sell it because the world would be a much better place if everyone had Julian’s outlook and professionalism. We’re looking forward to future deals with Julian.

We did a FaceTime to see the house, then drove back to Palm Springs to see the house in person ... 4 weeks later, we had the keys. That's the kind of professionalism and due diligence you get from Julz. He's also VERY informed and educated on all the laws, permits, rules etc etc for the Palm Springs market. This was another huge perk. This is the guy to go to!
