We decided to hire Julian after our house was listed with another agent for several months and while they were doing their best we just weren't getting the attention the house needed to get it sold. Julian came in with marketing skills and expertise that got results. It still took effort to get our house sold, but he would not give us a million options of what we "could do". He instead would gather information from agent open houses and other current market trends and give us one clear direction to navigate. In the last 7 years we have bought and sold 3 houses between Idaho and Montana and used 5 different agents, Julian was by far a step above the rest, and he will do the WORK needed. All this being said, all I really need to say is "hire Julian"!
