Julian and his team were superb to work with. They were always on top of new listings and worked around our schedules to show us lots and lots of houses. Julian has a lifetime knowledge of Bellingham and the surrounding area and was able to guide us towards what we wanted and could afford in a home. Ultimately, he found us a house, off-market, with everything we were looking for, within our price range, AND in a neighborhood we never thought we would be able to get into.
