Julian Friedman

Well I don't generally do reviews but will make an exception for Julian Friedman.  I count two times now he has saved me from a looming circumstance that would have cost me.  The first was his recommendation for an incredible rental as I was unfortunately "homeless" after my wife told me she wanted a divorce.  The second was having to exit the rental on short notice as the owners wanted (and quickly did with Julian's assistance) to sell.  I gave Julian my must have list and he diligently reached out to me almost immediately when new listings hit our local market.  It did not matter if it was late at night or a weekend, he would show the property in hours of my inquiry.  I found a great spot and was able to navigate the process and close in record time.  Kudos to you, Julian Friedman, I appreciate your commitment to your clients and willingness to go well beyond a simple buy or sell transaction.
