Julian helped the reviewer buy this property

I have known Julian for about 9 years and knew the caliber of his character.

I recently began my search for a place to call mine after many years of renting. I have known Julian for about 9 years and knew the calibr of his character. So I never thought twice about asking Julian to help me achieve my goal. He took the time to really understand what I was looking for and was quick to let me know when a new property came on the market. He was available every time I had a question or wanted him to check out a property. Ultimately we found the property that was a best fit for me and my lifestyle. I feel that Julian will put 200% into every client and will negotiate as smartly for them as he did for me. He does his research and provided me with great suggestions and guidance. I was very happy to walk this path with him. Thanks Julian you did an amazing job getting me my new home for Ms. Luna and me. We will always be grateful to you. Regards, Lauri Rose
