First we want to say that Julia was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.  We weren't rushed to sell our home and contacted Julia about listing our home as a pocket listing so it wouldn't be on MLS. The state of Texas doesn't allow pocket listings any longer  During our conversations Julia suggested ideas on how to maximize the sale of our home.
