Julia brings to Allen Tate a hard driving work ethic in everything she has pursued. Setting high standards as an experienced professional is one of her core values. Julia has managed and coordinated events for private/corporate clients in New York City, as well as consulting for a major event space on Fifth Avenue which ultimately led her to commercial real estate. In 2007 she earned her New York State sales license, then broker’s license in 2009, successfully representing landlords and business owners for leasing office and retail space in NYC.
Her professional background lies in graphic design, coordinating events, marketing, commercial/residential real estate, managing, organizing, and supervising people or projects. She is creative, and a detailed professional, always up for new and exciting challenges.
Arriving in the Upstate, Julia has brought her experience and services as a licensed broker. Her attention to detail, drive for excellence for clients, separates her as one of the top agents at Allen Tate. Having been in a competitive environment has groomed her with creative skills when there are challenging deals. Her outside of the box thinking is where she shines to get her clients to closing. Julia has called Greenville home for many years, loves working with clients and in real estate! Her lifetime of service to her clients results in her performance excellence.
In her spare time, she enjoys time with her family, cooking, graphic design, horseback riding, gardening, landscaping, international travel, mechanics, and photography. She is an avid scuba diver and has traveled extensively both on land and at sea to many places all over the world.
