Julia was recommended to us by one of my husband's co-workers. Best recommendation ever. We began corresponding a month before we arrived to the area. Julia immediately set it up so I'd begin receiving listings in areas she thought we'd like. She also helped us find a rental for the time we'd be searching. Covid 19 was definitely an issue, but Julia took everything in stride. She was invaluable in helping us navigate a completely unpredictable market. She was incredibly patient an the many times we changed our minds. Not being from the Tampa area, we had a lot to learn when choosing where we wanted to live. She listened well, as her recommendations were on point. When viewing a house, she knew to ask questions that didn't occur to us (and I am a former Realtor and have moved several times over the years). She was also amazing in recommending different vendors and contractors for work we'd need to do. I am grateful to Julia and so thankful we found her. HIGHLY recommend!!
