Julie was really easy to work with. She was prepared to show me anything I wanted to see, even though I had been dissastisfied with two previous real estate agents I didn't think were doing enough to find out what we wanted, rather than what was merely available. We came into our home buying already at a disadvantage, as the seller didn't want to work with a VA Loan, as they felt that the VA had undervalued their home and refused to come back out and do another valuation. However, after Julie ensured that this was the house I wanted, she stuck in there with us all the way, navigating the uncharted waters of obtaining a 2nd valuation on the house with us, and essentially moving heaven and earth to ensure the whole process went as smooth as possible! I peppered her with texts throughout the process and she always answered promptly and if she wasn't sure about something, she found out and got back with me. She was invaluable, and professional, as well as a delight to chat with. We moved in during November, and on December 24rd, she showed up at our front door with homemade Christmas cookies and goodies, revealing her kind heart. I can't say enough good things about her and our experience. I highly recommend her!
