They were very knowledgable about housing and identified concerns as we looked at homes, bringing things to our attention they we may have been unaware of, which helped us make the best choice for us. At the negotiation steps, Nora urged us along as our judgment became slightly clouded with emotion and she firmly asserted herself to represent and got us a far better deal than we were considering. Bottom line, she handled this purchase like it was her own!

Working with Nora was absolutely incredible. She met with us early to tour our house and gave suggestions on what improvements we should make and which ones we should hold off on. She was extremely responsive and helped us balance having our home ready to show while still living in it. We received regular updates on market conditions and had a solid dialogue about timing and pricing to get our home on the market. When it was time to list, she walked through with us and suggested minor touches to help us show the house. We listed the house on a Friday, and after 2 days of open houses and a couple of private showings, we received an offer at nearly full asking price with others interested within 3 days of listing. Once we had accepted the offer she continued to work with us to address inspection follow-up items and to prepare for closing. My wife and I have bought and sold multiple houses.
