She listened to a long list of wants, offered the best options, happily showed the properties, and helped me decide what best suited my needs. She also had many ideas about how to make the new place feel like home. Julia showed grace under pressure, since I had already sold my house and hoped to find the right place at the right price asap! The house was a challenge to find on the internet, since it was listed as a 2-bedroom home— with 4 full baths and 2 additional sleeping alcoves. It was also difficult to price, as it had the highest assessment in the neighborhood. The wonderful Wilkinson ads showed this waterfront property to its best advantage, and agent viewings and several open houses helped bring it to the attention of buyers.
