Julia not only listed my home, but also staged the home. She is very professional, responsive and knowledgeable. My home sold quickly and she even found me a perfect second home and arranged the double closing. My neighbor was so impressed, she listed with Julia who promptly sold her home also ! Great job ! Julia also helped me to buy my second home in East Lake Woodlands, so she assisted me with two sales, Mossberg and finding and purchasing 50 Tads Trail, Oldsmar, FL 34677. She will always be my friend, and I recommend her very highly to anyone who needs assistance buying or selling a home.
