Julia is very skilled at her profession and will put you first above anything else. She gave us her honest opinion about homes as we were walking through trying to find one we liked, which was helpful as first-time buyers. Once our offer was accepted by the seller she helped us tremendously. She got a ton of various quotes for repairs needed after the initial inspection. Some realtors won't go to that length, but she will put in the extra effort for her clients. She is very pleasant to work with and makes herself available to you.
