Exceptional from start to finish. Choosing Julia as my realtor to sell my property in Hallandale was the best decision I made. From the first time we spoke her Exceptional communication skills and knowledge truly impressed me. It was very important for me to be able to speak to my realtor along the way,and Julia always made time fir a conversation regarding any concerns or questions I had. Julia is extremely knowledgeable in her field and with that I was able to have realistic expectations in a tough market. Selling a home can be stressful and bring uncertainty,but Julia kept me reassured and comfortable through the entire process. Her negotiation skills are superb,and she knows how to close a deal.
