They are nothing but AMAZING!!!!

We finally closed on our house yesterday and I am compelled to write a review for Julia and her Team! They are nothing but AMAZING!!!! I have had the condo listed for over 6 months with another agent who was so unresponsive and pretty much couldn’t care less about our property, so we ended the contract after the 6 months period. Then afterward, I got so many letters from other realtors trying to contact me and Julia’s recommendations from her past clients made me decide to sign up with her. I am so glad I did! When I met Julia, I shared with her my previous experience and expressed that since I live out of state, I don’t have time to waste and I do not want to be stuck in a contract with a bad agent like last time. Julia made a huge impression going over her marketing strategy and the local knowledge of the real estate in the area. I was also assured that if I don’t like the way her Team does business, I can just cancel the contract anytime no question asked! Julia also made me feel at ease that she and her team will be very responsive to any and all of my inquiries no later than 24-hours. Julia and her team did a wonderful job representing my house online with the professionals she hires to take photos, virtual tour, and other marketing materials to promote my home. Literally, the first day we went live, we had an offer! The offer fell through due to contract disagreement but when we put the house back on market again, no later than 2 weeks, we had a second offer. The buyer was really difficult and demanding to the last day of closing with some unreasonable demands, but Julia and her team took care of everything without having to bother me!!! I have never experienced such ease in real estate dealing!!!! Julia also referred an amazing agent out-of-state where we were moving to look for a new house for us! Bottom line, go with Julia and her wonderful team, you will not regret your decision. It was one of the best decisions I have made in my life!
