Julia was a pleasure to work with. She made a promise to us the first day we met that she would get our property sold and she kept her promise. At the time we met Julia our property was already on the market for 8-9 months with minimal showings and no offers. As soon as we signed with Julia, the potential buyers started coming to see the property on a daily basis. Once we were in contract with our buyers, Julia worked tirelessly to get us to the closing date as quickly and efficiently as possible, even though it was not an easy task, as we did run into some issues.
