When I contacted Julia about listing the house she did not try to convince me (pressure) why she should be my agent, she asked me a few questions about the Home said she would be happy to evaluate the property, and give me an honest opinion. Never once did she say only if I sign a contract. I expressed my concerns what I expected from an agent. Julia did go out to the house she did do an excellent job and evaluation of the home and property. Julia gave me a fair market value on what to list the home with again with no expectation in the signing. I waited a few days then I contacted her and agreed to have her sell my home. Once I did do that she asked permission if she could stage the front porch gave me a few tips on what she felt would make a better curb appeal. When she showed the home she would give me feedback on what the potential buyer had said. Julia was also open to other agents showing the home which made it more accessible to have more availability. When the house sold Julia met us at the title company, reviewed the contract alongside us. The service I received was excellent and I was very pleased.
