Julia Morton

Julia is a seasoned property manager and is exceptional with tenants, leases, etc. and with me as an owner. Julia brokered a multimillion dollar purchase for me about a year ago. She is hard working, very organized, very responsive and reachable and I would highly recommend her for real estate sales and property management.

Julia is one of the best property managers I’ve ever had. Julia is incredibly professional and personally ensured that any property issues were handled promptly. I highly reccomend Julia and the entire White Sail team for any and all of your property needs!

I have been a renter for over 12 years and have worked with a number of management companies and associates. Julia is hands down one of the best! She's very professional, kind, on time, attentive, and will always have your best interest in mind. Every time I have worked with her, she has gone above and beyond the call. If I had a need, she would meet that need and be great with her communication. I one occasion she even sent me a gift card as a "Thank You" for dealing with some maintenance. The maintenance was no big deal, but it's the genuine care she has that makes her a Rockstar. I would highly recommend her and hope to work with her again in the Future!

In my personal experience Julia Morton is quick to respond and handle all issues and to communicate with owner/buyer and tenant. She is knowledgeable about the area and maintenance details.

Can’t recommend Julia enough! She is organized, efficient, and her eye for detail is spot on. If you are looking for a professional that will have your best interest at heart she is for you.

Julia is responsive, persistent and professional. She was great to work with when we moved to Newport beach. Every detail was taken care of, from lining up viewings, finalizing the lease, and moving in.
