Julia met me at the property to show it to me. Then we made an offer. I had some specific questions on closing documents and I asked for the fence to be included and then left it out and I had to get an addendum. She also referred me to the broker to have my questions answered and the broker didn't understand why they were answering the questions. It just wasn't great. I get it the property I bought wasnt expensive so she wasn't making a lot but I didn't ask a lot of her either. I looked at the property, made an offer and I don't like being punted when I have questions. I was interested in an additional property and she said she couldn't get a hold of the agent so I found the agent on my own. Then she sent me properties that I had browsed and tried to sell me on them... Nah

Julia is very helpful in the whole processes. She helped us in giving us the guiding on what we needed and communicated with the buyer to answer all our questions and concerns.

Julia and her team were amazing though every step of this process. We are thrilled to be in our new home, and we couldn't have done it without Julia. We met by chance at another property where a different agent had failed to show and we walked through with Julia instead, since our agent hadn't responded to any communication we took Julia's information on site and while that property didn't work out, Julia kept searching till she helped us find the one that did! She is committed to her clients and in my opinion, genuinely cares and wants them to be happy.
