Excellent! Words cannot describe how she went beyond doing what is expected of an agent.
Julia is a lovely person with a great sense of the real estate market. She works hard to sell ur house and works very well with the seller and buyer. She found resources for every thing we needed and that was invaluable as we lived 3 hrs from the house we sold. Some complications arose during the sell and she kept cool and calm and helped us work thru them to our advantage. I would recommend julia for anyone selling or buying. She is the queen of real estate in my opinion.
