Julia represented the sellers in our purchase of 9.4 acres, but she was still an absolute pleasure to work with throughout an unusually long and complicated transaction. The purchase took nearly two years to complete because of probate and title issues, and we went through approximately eight contract extensions before finally reaching the closing table. I provided referrals to experienced probate attorneys, and Julia worked diligently with them, the sellers, and everyone else involved to keep the process moving forward. She remained responsive, professional, patient, and thorough throughout every delay and complication. Even though Julia was not our agent, her persistence and communication played an important role in getting everyone to the closing table. After everything it took to complete this purchase, we were so impressed with her work that we are now planning to work with Julia to sell my late mother’s property.

I've purchased and sold several homes in my life, as our family traveled around the world for work. I initially contacted Jules just to sell the home we were moving from. We highly recommend Julia to anyone looking for a realtor that will go the extra mile plus willing to work massive amount of hours to not only get your property sold but put out fires at every corner. Julia rocked at selling and promoting our property. What we were impressed the most in regards to Julia is her willingness to take on and do everyone's job when everyone else wasn't doing their job ( mainly our builder ) It didn't matter if it was 1:00AM Julia was trying to handle all the dropped balls buy our builder and the home we were buying at the same time handling the crisis of our own property sale. Julia is top notch and I would hope that her agency and R & R homes would realize and thank their lucky stars they have a representative that handles things and attempts to get things handled. We plan on recommending Julia to everyone we know. They should promote her to help with marketing and training of employees she's that good. Unfortunatley I can't say the same for R & R homes. Julia did her best to offset R&R lack of customer service & overall poor performance and quality of move in closing readiness.
