Julia sold my house in just a few days after we put it on the market. I got full asking price with no haggling. A previous realtor kept telling me to update, paint remodel etc. before trying to sell. I tried explaining I just wanted to get it sold. I didn't have a contract with the previous realtor so when I met Julia and she said "don't put another dime in it, we will sell as is", that's exactly what I wanted to hear. It sold right away, the new owners love it and I have a lot less to worry about. She listened and got it done. Closing was a breeze, everything was done and all I had to do was sign a few papers and collect my check. In the final crunch to get everything out of the house, she even stopped by in her manual labor work clothes and helped clean up! Always answered the phone when I had questions and was always available to help. Nothing but good things to say about her!
