We gave Julia a tough situation. We were moving out of state and didn't want the house on the market until we left. We also needed her help to clean up and get rid of some things we couldn't sell or move. We left on a Thursday evening and she had it cleaned up, professional photos taken, and listed by Friday evening. She held an open house Saturday and Sunday and we got a full price offer Sunday night, which closed with no issues. She never hesitated to take responsibility for anything we couldn't handle. Clearly she knows the market, based on our full price offer in two days. She's also got a charming personality. You will never be sorry if you choose her!

Julia is by far the best realtor around. Her knowledge and experience was completely on point and made for such an easy process. It could of been chaos with the sellers but she turned everything around and made it to the best experience we could ask for.
