Julia did a very good job in helping me select my new town home in Silver Lake. She is definitely an expert in the areas I was looking: Northeast LA, Silver Lake and downtown. In fact, she knew all of the buildings in downtown LA by name, exact location and their histories. She is very responsive and goes the extra mile before and after the transaction. My property was brand new construction, so that was a learning experience for both of us. Also there were some micro details that could have been done differently, but those were largely out of her control due to unusual circumstances. I could tell she was already great with the purchase and sales homes, in particular architectural, historic and luxury homes. I think she now has a much greater repertoire as to negotiating purchases and sales of brand new condos, which can be risky in their own unique way. I definitely think I will make some money on this property, and I would recommend Julia.
