After looking at a few houses we found one I was interested in. Ready to put in an offer. Juli talked to the seller's agent and notified me that her gut feeling was that the owners were willing to take less than asking. I asked if the agent told her that info, Juli said no, it's just the feeling she received while talking to the seller's agent. With historical low rates during the pandemic, Juli secured a fantastic deal. I belive $30k less than the original asking price. And no, the house was not in need of major renovations.
