At that time, Juli explained her services, which include staging consultation, one load of junk hauled away, preparing a contract with her as our realtor, how she showcases her clients' property, her communications methods (e.g., listing sites and client updates), property management while her clients are away from their listed property, a sellers' warranty, and other extras depending upon her clients' particular needs. It took us two years to determine our direction. But Juli stuck by us through the ups-and-downs. She updated us on market changes since our initial meeting and gently guided us through the pricing, sales, contract, preparation for sale, listing, and closing processes. She also referred us to an excellent broker in NY when we decided to sell our Brooklyn apartment before listing our Arlington property. We listed the Arlington property in June 2019, received an offer within 10 days and closed the end of July 2019. Juli started as my listing agent for my rental property in Falls Church. A few months went by and we just weren't getting qualified prospective tenants though interest in the house was high.
