Juli Ackerman

I was thrilled to work with Juli. I met her through my parents who walk every open house on Lido Isle and, though they had not completed a transaction with Juli, knew her to be knowledgeable and trustworthy. My husband and I found the same to be true of her. Juli went above and beyond (I know that might be cliche, but it's completely accurate) is helping us not only with the purchase, inspection and escrow; but subsequent rental and furniture removal. I cannot recommend Juli enough.

Juli Ackerman is an incredible real estate professional to work with. Her local knowledge is extensive and she is exceptionally numbers focused. Because of her attention to detail, articulate nature, professionalism and listening abilities were were able to zero in on exactly what we wanted. During the closing process we were floored by Juli's ability to help guide the process and create a seamless transition for all parties involved. We were living in a different state at the time and Juli's ability to communicate what was going on and handle the entire process made our transition to our new home an enjoyable one. I have recommended Juli to other parties who have been extremely satisfied with her professionalism and work ethic. I am excited to work with Juli in the future.

I have now worked on several transactions with Juli and have determined that I totally trust her knowledge and judgement. I have purchased one home with her and the process could not have gone more smoothly. In another instance I waffled on a purchase and Juli completely understood and sought what was best for me given the situation. I don't believe all agents would have done that. I have asked Juli questions even in markets in which she doesn't participate. And on top of everything she is a fun, relaxed person to know.
