Process was as smooth as could be for this absentee (out of state) seller. Judy personally saw to a few fixups to increase the curb appeal, kept me apprised of progress and advised me when appropriate during contract negotiations. At every step I felt I knew exactly the pros/cons of each course of action so I could make informed decisions. The house sold faster than I expected, for a better price than I expected, under the first contract offered. Couldn't have asked for better.
