We already had a realtor when my husband accidentally arranged for us to meet Judy... And it was the BEST thing that could have happened! We had some problems from the beginning and had to pause our search but months later resumed it and she was who I called from the getgo bc I knew she was the best. She wasn't pushy but was always immediately available for any questions or concerns we had. She was really on our side. She knew what to look for when we went to see houses and took note of anything that needed to be addressed with the sellers(almost every time it was something we didn't even notice). We had an extremely time sensitive situation and she was just as concerned as we were and stayed on top of things. Even when we had problems that weren't in her job description she was there to help or recommend help every time. We would have been lost and wouldn't be in the home we love without her. She wasn't there to sell us something, she was there as a friend and I trust her completely. I never had to worry if I knew Judy was on it. She's truly great at her job and has earned every word of every good review and then some. She is the perfect combination of professional and friend. She never crossed a line she wasn't supposed to yet always provided the best support. We had a very stressful experience(nothing on her part) but Judy made it worthwhile. Judy made it possible and I am almost positive we would have quit our pursuit if it weren't for her keeping us going. She was one of the only good aspects of our experience and got us in our home. She has a cute hat that says she's your "homegirl" but it's the absolute truth!
