DESIGNATIONS: Judy is a 1987 graduate of Western Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. She completed real estate training at Wyatt Institute and received her Realtor license in 2004. She completed Broker training at Fortune Academy and received her Broker license in 2010. Judy is a member of the National, State, and Local Association of Realtors and is a member of the Spartanburg and Greenville MLS. She has earned her ASP and IAHSP staging designations and is the owner of House and Home Showcase. She served as a member of the Keller Williams “Leadership Committee” (ALC) for six years and resigned to devote more time to assist her Real Estate clients. Judy is a full time Real Estate Professional with Keller Williams Realty. EXPERIENCES AND BACKGROUND: Judy has lived in the upstate since childhood. She has over 30 years of home interior sales, decorating, and staging experience. Her extensive knowledge of the products, styles, trends, and her vast understanding of the area are a great asset to her clients. Judy’s knowledge has grown as her business has grown and she has maintained a level of commitment over the years, earning her various awards. She is a “Top” individual multimillion dollar producer. This has placed Judy in the Top five at Keller Williams Realty and in the Top fifty in MLS sales. Through her years of work experience, she recognizes the wide spectrum of people and their needs. To Judy, this is what makes this profession the ultimate career. Her clients needs and desires are of utmost importance to her. She assures them that they are her priority and she looks forward to assisting them. PERSONAL AND COMMUNITY: Judy is happily married to her best friend and husband, Skip Smith, who is also a licensed realtor and works by her side to take care of their clients needs. Their daughter, Jesse, is the latest addition to their Real Estate Team and has proven to be a true asset with her gift of technology, social skills, and organization. She gave Skip and Judy their pride and joy, a granddaughter. The couple also share a son who currently works with our local Law Enforcement. Skip and Judy live in the Lake Blalock area where they have become a respected name in the community. They are members of First Baptist North Spartanburg but also attend New Spring Church on a regular basis. It is Judy’s belief that God has a plan for us all and has truly had his hand in her destiny.

Dream come true

I was looking for a house to buy and it was amazing. She understood my needs. She was always available for questions (even on weekends!), attentive to every detail, and guided us every step of the way. Her professionalism and market knowledge gave us a lot of confidence. Wonderful Experience

It has been a pleasure having Judy as my agent during the sale of two properties. We ran into a few unexpected bumps during the process but having a professional like Judy on your side to navigate any issues is priceless. Great house shopping with Judy Smith

Judy worked with us from the "I'm not sure if we're going to buy soon" to and through the "That's the one!" stages. She listened to what we wanted, worked to join our opposite ideas, and helped us talk through each house. She sold our house and helped us find the next house. When we were getting frustrated with the pre-closing procedures, she stepped up to bat for us. Judy is knowledgeable, friendly, and patient.
