We recently bought and sold homes with Judy's help, and I honestly think she went above and beyond expectation with both houses. Judy is extremely hard working and cares so much about her work. She knows the details on all the homes in her local market of Lamorinda and Walnut Creek. She is highly responsive in her communications. And she helped us in many ways that I didn't expect her to. For example, to help us get our old house ready for sale, she not only coordinated with service workers, but she actually waited for them at the house, and completely handled getting all the quotes for us. I've never heard of a realtor doing that. Also, she knows a lot of people who can make a huge difference in getting your house ready for sale - and can do the work at a very competitive price. We were able to make a shocking number of improvements to our old house for I think a total of $30K. I know that if I had tried to get this work done by interviewing contractors, I would have paid probably 3 times that much. I also felt that she made dealing with all the paperwork of buying and selling about as quick and easy as it could possibly be. I highly recommend Judy Sin if you are buying or selling in Contra Costa county!
