In getting my current house, Judy was spot on with pricing. We got our houses within 30 days and it was my second offer. 4. If you are a first time home buyer like me, you need Judy. She helped me so much even after the closing of my house. She has the best recommendations and ideas when it comes to renovations and maintenance.
