A friend recommended I contact Judy Rose of Re/Max Accord in Castro Valley, CA if I might be planning to sell a property. That was a most fortunate recommendation. I met with Judy on March 11, 2020, and listed a single-family residence. Because of her long real estate experience and the respect she has earned in her career, Judy was able to assemble within two days an excellent team of skilled professionals to develop with me a plan to carry out all necessary sale requirements. She has an extensive network of people to be able to get what is needed done, (handyman, cleaners, movers, stagers, landscapers, flooring - I used them all) and was able to get them in quickly.
